Cupping Notes

Subtle hints of peach, vanilla and caramel and pleasant but not overpowering acidity all culminate to a rich, lingering aftertaste.

Origin Notes

This coffee is produced by group of eighty families that lost their land during the Guatemalan civil war. With the help of the Agros Foundation, they have acquired new land and begun to produce outstanding coffees. They now produce meticulously prepared coffee which is helping to restore stability to their community.
